The Good Review: True Fire Tai Punch

OCS Description:
“The extreme trichome laden Tai Punch is an indica-dominant cross between the flavourful Sunset Sherbert and the powerful Purple Punch strains. This flower has been handcrafted by True Fire in small batches. The craft process produces an exceptionally aromaatic profile with very high THC and terpene content.”

A new strain added to The Good Cannabis Company line up – True Fire Cannabis Co. Tai Punch is coming in hot. This flower is grown in small bathces, cold cured and hand trimmed which is definitely reflected in this high quality cannabis. Upon opening True Fire’s small black pouch, you’re greeted with pleasant notes of tropical fruits like Mango and Papaya from this Limonene & Myrcene forward flower. The large dense buds feature pale and dark green hues coated in amber hairs, with great trichome coverage, making it sparkle in the sunlight.

Upon smoking, those notes that came through in smell reveal themselves again in taste, the result is lovely tropical fruit flavours.  The effect hit almost immediately as a nice wave of calm with an uplifting euphoric high with mild body sedation. I found myself relaxed and in good spirits without feeling too sedated. This paired nicely with some snacks and late night movies.

Overall the Tai Punch was a lovely smoking experience, with a great euphoric high with appealing tropical flavours reminiscent of a summer Mai Tai. Tai Punch is a great choice for Indica lovers who maybe want to experience a nice high without stepping out of their comfort zone. I should mention, if you’re looking for an Indica to put you to bed, Tai Punch probably won’t do it for you. But, if you’re looking for something fun and new – I wouldn’t hesitate to give this bright, happy Indica a try!

REASONS TO TRY:

  • High THC content for the more eperienced user
  • Great Flavour profile lead by limonene and myrcene
  • Nice Euphoric high without too much sedation

REASONS THIS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU:

  • Not very sedative or “heavy” for an Indica
  • Limonene and Myrcene flower isn’t for everyone
  • High THC not recommended for new users
